Terms and Conditions

  • Our free consultation is not a comprehensive exam and does not include any x-ray. It is mainly for a quick assessment of your teeth and giving you the treatment options, treatment plan or a quote regarding the dental concern you might have.
  • We try our best to inform you of the current dental problems or potential dental disease with the right costs and treatment plans. It will be your responsibility to ask for whatever information you would like to know before the start of any treatments. By agreeing to start the treatment , you give us the consent that you have been fully informed about your treatments.
  • We keep the right to refer you to specialist, whenever we feel it is in your best interest. We will inform you of the decision and the reasons and you will get charged accordingly, depending on the amount of work that has been done. We are not liable for any cost that you will incur from seeing the specialist and it will be your responsibility to pay the cost of treatment with the specialist.
  • All the services which involve ordering any product from dental laboratories are guaranteed by us, but the product will be guaranteed by laboratory. For providing you with a replacement for the guaranteed product, we may need to redo some procedures which we cover them under our service warranty. We are not liable for any damages or harm those products may cause when replaced.
  • Payment of accounts is strictly pay as you go, meaning if you received treatment on that day, we expect you to make payment on that day. There may be procedures that are done over two or three appointments. Payments may be broken up in those instances to be paid over the course of treatment.
  • If you have dental cover through your health fund, we can claim electronically through HICAPS on your behalf to help obtain any reimbursement due to you. However, we remind you that your specific policy is an agreement between you and your health fund. Please keep in mind that you are responsible for your total obligation should your insurance benefits result in less coverage than anticipated. Patients who are covered by HCF More for teeth, Department of veteran affairs or Child dental benefit scheme will be charged our standard fees, if their treatment is not covered by those programs or if they have exceeded their allowance or cover.
  • Electronic HICAPS claiming must be on the same day as the service is provided, so if you forget your card you will need to pay the full account and then contact your health fund for your rebate.
  • We require 48 hours’ notice should you wish to cancel an appointment. If you make a time to see us and do not turn up to the appointment, we will require a $50 booking deposit to secure the next appointment you make.
  • Clear Correct Patients – Generally 95% or more of your finished treatment result can be maintained, if you wear your retainers regularly. If you do not wear your retainers, relapse may occur and this would require further treatment at an extra cost to you. Only 1 set of clear retainers is provided after orthodontic treatments. so, please be careful not to lose or break them! There will be an additional charge per retainer for a replacement. If a retainer is lost or broken, it is imperative that you have an immediate replacement. Otherwise, your teeth will shift. Replacement of retainers will incur a fee, so be careful with your retainer.
  • The dental treatment provided has a limited warranty, the warranty extends to work that has been done according to the recommendation of the dentist.
  • We charge a non-refundable deposit for complex / expensive treatments as they require costly and time-consuming preparations. The deposit amount will be discussed with you prior to commencing the work.
